All the jewels are published for sale and delivery time varies depending on their availability. On the page of product specifications you can find delivery time in addition to the estimated time of delivery by courier and possible timing of piece production. For some art creations in fact, there is a limited production and in some cases only a single piece. Each single piece has high artistic value as, in most cases, it is entirely handmade. Therefore buying a jewel Maitai Jewels means giving a value to the craftsmanship of this sector.

All prices  includes VAT in force at the time of purchase and include shipping; For purchases with shipping to countries outside the European Community, we are not responsible for any customs fees incurred on international orders. Given jewelry cannot be shipped to all countries, you are responsible for assuring the item can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Available item, not made-to-order items, may be returned for a refund within 30 days. If received within that time, and the item is in new condition and returned in the original packaging, a full refund will be given minus return shipping costs. For the right of withdrawal it is necessary to return intact products with original tags. The product packaging must be accurate in order to protect the original wrapping from any damage.

CANCELLATIONS

Available items, not made-to-order items, cancelled prior to shipment will receive a full refund.

For made-to-order items, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged on orders cancelled after 48 hours and the balance will be refunded.

Warranty

Maitai Jewels stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our hand-made jewelry. Each piece is made with quality materials.

We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. In order to determine a manufacturing defect, we will have to inspect your piece. If another jeweler has worked on your piece our warranty is void. We do not warranty stone damage, breakage or loss.

Our customer’s satisfaction is important to us and we strive to satisfy each and every customer. Our policies are meant to clearly outline the ordering through shipment process to help address any concerns or questions our customers may have. There may be special situations that are not fully addressed by these policies so please contact us should you have any questions or special requests.
